Richard is an attorney whose practice primarily focuses on creditor’s rights matters and insurance defense litigation. Richard is a strong advocate for his clients while still ensuring state and federal statutory and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining the firm, Richard practiced extensively in the areas of small business development, criminal defense, and juvenile delinquency law.
Richard graduated from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina in 2017, and received 4 CALI awards for classes including products liability, media law, and transportation law. In addition, Richard served as the team captain for the law school’s national semi-finalist Atlantic Council Cyber 9/12 Challenge team, and SAE CyberAuto Challenge Legal Scholar in 2017. Prior to attending law school, Richard was an entrepreneur with a background in cryptocurrency and point-of-sale technologies.
