Marta Dunning

Marta Dunning is a Partner in the firm’s litigation and corporate governance practice groups. Her practice focuses on high-stakes litigation across administrative, state, and federal jurisdictions. Before joining the firm, she practiced at a national employment defense firm, where she managed all phases of complex labor and employment disputes. Marta is a dedicated member of the State Bar of Nevada and a certified mediator through the Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution.

A 2017 graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law, Marta distinguished herself as an Articles Editor for the Nevada Law Journal and a leader within the Student Bar Association.

 Her early legal training included serving as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kathleen Delaney in the Eighth Judicial District Court and gaining corporate insight as a legal intern for a prominent Nevada gaming enterprise.

Marta earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics, graduating summa cum laude from Wesleyan College in 2012. Originally from Bulgaria and fluent in her native language, she relocated to the United States to pursue her legal career. After discovering a profound passion for the law, Marta chose to establish her practice and home in Nevada.
