Jacob A. Suty

Before joining Schnitzer Johnson & Watson, Jacob Suty successfully represented victims in personal injury matters across Nevada. Through a combination of grit, persuasive advocacy, and a tireless commitment to his clients, he successfully resolved millions of dollars in claims in favor of his clients. His experience as a plaintiff’s attorney gave him a deep understanding of the evidentiary and procedural risks facing insureds in Nevada.  Jacob offers strategic, honest evaluations rooted in an understanding of the plaintiff’s mindset and legal tactics, helping clients anticipate next steps and position themselves effectively for their defense.

Jacob is known in the community for being a straight-shooter who prioritizes results over rhetoric. While fully prepared to litigate through trial when necessary, he always seeks practical, cost-effective resolutions through alternative dispute mechanisms when they serve his clients' best interests.
