Tyler is a partner of Schnitzer Johnson & Watson, and devotes his practice to litigation, primarily focusing on the firm's complex commercial matters, toxic torts and premises liability practice.  Tyler has significant courtroom experience, including successfully trying several jury and bench trials on matters ranging from insurance bad faith, fraud, negligent security and premises liability.  Additionally, he has appellate practice experience, having successfully presented several writs and appeals before the Nevada Supreme Court.  Tyler has been awarded the highest possible rating of AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated from Martindale-Hubbell.

Railroad Pass - defensed $1 million negligent security claim (2012); Carey v. Bellagio - defensed negligent security/assault and battery claim (2011)
  • Jordan v. GEICO - obtained judgment in the amount of $955,000, including fees and cost, in insurer bad faith jury trial (2013)
  • State Farm v. Ceja - successfully obtained declaratory relief that numerous claimed motor vehicle accidents were staged/fraudulent and, therefore, were not covered under the subject insurance policy (2015)
  • KSSJ v. Asta Funding - obtained summary judgment in client's favor for $100,000 breach of contract claim (2012)
