Michael is an attorney in the firm’s litigation practice group. Michael’s principal practice areas
include complex civil litigation, business litigation, insurance defense, insurance coverage, bad
faith defense, plaintiff personal injury litigation, corporate law, real property, administrative law,
and premises liability. Michael practices in both state and federal courts, and is experienced in
resolving matters through both international and domestic arbitration and mediation. Michael
also provides pro bono services to the Children’s Attorneys Project with the Legal Aid Center of
Southern Nevada.
Michael has consistently been recognized as “Legal Elite” by his peers, an honor awarded to the
top 3% of attorneys in Nevada in a poll of more than 5,000 attorneys by Nevada Business
Magazine. Michael has also been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine since 2017.
Michael graduated cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas William S. Boyd
School of Law. While attending the William S. Boyd School of Law, Mr. Esposito was selected
and served as the President of the Society of Advocates – a hand selected and award winning
moot court team comprised of the top legal writers and advocates at the school. Michael was also
selected to be a member of the Nevada Law Journal and the national liaison to the Judicial
Division of the American Bar Association for the Law Student Division.
