Before joining Schnitzer Johnson & Watson, Jacob was a personal injury attorney in Las Vegas, where he represented injured plaintiffs across Nevada. Through a combination of grit, persuasive advocacy, and a tireless commitment to his clients, he successfully resolved millions of dollars in claims. His experience as a plaintiff’s attorney gave him not only a deep understanding of the physical and emotional toll of serious injuries but also critical insight into the key decisions that can influence the outcome of a case.

Since transitioning to the defense, Jacob has brought this unique perspective to his work representing insurance carriers and their insureds. He offers strategic, honest evaluations rooted in an understanding of the plaintiff’s mindset and legal tactics, helping clients anticipate next steps and position themselves effectively for their defense.

Jacob is known in the community for being a straight-shooter who prioritizes results over rhetoric. While fully prepared to litigate when necessary, he always seeks practical, cost-effective resolutions through alternative dispute mechanisms when they serve his clients' best interests.
