Sebastian’s principal practice areas include insurance defense, premises liability, business litigation, plaintiff personal injury litigation, and general civil litigation. Sebastian also has experience in criminal defense matters and has negotiated over a dozen mediations. During law school, Sebastian was selected to be a member of the Gaming Law Journal and served as its notes editor for the 2017 issue of the Journal.
